Getting a pet/adding a pet onto your lease

Please be aware that not all Landmark properties will allow pets. We recommend reaching out to your assistant property manager or property manager before adding a pet. If approved, Landmark may ask for a non-refundable Pet Fee deposit as well as an additional “Monthly Pet Rent.” (The amount is specific for each individual property)

*If a pet adoption agency or pet store requires written landlord authorization as proof you are authorized to have a pet, please contact Landmark for written notice.

Emotional Support Animal/Service animal

Under the Fair Housing Act and Washington State ADA guidelines, applicants or residents requesting to live with a service animal must provide written documentation by a medical professional, a peer support group, a non-medical agency, or a reliable third party who is in a position to know the individuals need for reasonable accommodation that utilizes strong verbiage and emphasizes the necessity of the accommodation, along with meeting all HUDs guidelines.
