Rent received in the drop box between 6:01 p.m. July 2nd, 2009 and 7:59 a.m. July 6, 209 will be received as follows:
  • If your lease states your rent is due on or before the 1st of the month, you will only be charged a $5.00 late fee.
  • If your lease states your rent is due on or before the 5th of the month, you will not be charged any late fees.
