STANDARD FEES

Application Fees:

Properties outside City of Bellingham: $65.00 per adult

Properties in the City of Bellingham: $52.25 per adult

Properties in the City of Ferndale: $50.00 per adult

Late fees:

Properties outside the City of Bellingham: 10% of the outstanding balance if not paid on or before the 6^th day of the month (excludes subsidy payments).

Properties in the City of Bellingham: 2% of the outstanding balance if not paid on or before the 6^th day of the month (excludes subsidy payments).

NSF (bounced checks): NSF $35 (if in City of Bellingham) all others remain at $50

Lease Violation Fee: $75/month after prior written warning and chance to cure

OPTIONAL FEES:

Tenant Liability Insurance:

$15.00 per month

Pet Rent:

Properties outside the City of Bellingham- Varies.

Properties in the City of Bellingham- 2% of the monthly Rent (ONLY if no pet deposit has been charged).

Pet Deposit:

Properties outside the City of Bellingham- Varies.

Properties in the City of Bellingham- 30% of the monthly Rent.

Early Termination Fee: ½ of one month’s rent and $55 advertising fee

Change of Tenancy Fee: $400.00



Key Replacement/Lock Out: Billed at same rate as charged by vendor or locksmith
