It all starts at the top. Owners Troy Muljat and Brian Finnegan have over 60 years of combined experience in property management. They are passionate about what they do and our clients couldn’t be more pleased.
Troy Muljat is currently a level two candidate for the MAI, and an associate member of the Appraisal Institute. He also achieved his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) membership through the National Association of Realtors. His specialties include appraisals, development and management of commercial office buildings, industrial buildings, retail development, hotels, all types of commercial land, income property and medium to large multi-family complexes. Additionally, Troy specializes in brokerage of new construction, both single-family subdivision development and multi-family brokerage and development.
Brian Finnegan brings an extensive and varied commercial real estate background to Landmark. Active in a commercial real estate brokerage since 1989, his broad experience includes office, retail, industrial and investment brokerage. In addition, he has earned the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Brian specializes in corporate representation, investment sales and retail leasing. His extensive experience has allowed him to act as an exclusive representative for numerous national clients, including McDonald’s, Subway, and First Western Development.
Combine Troy and Brian’s experience and expertise with the dedicated staff at Landmark headed by Director of Operations Kimberly Huizenga, graduate from Western Washington University BA in Business Management and CPM designation with over 10 years of property management experience.
