Gosha Bikker – President of Landmark Real Estate Management and Designated Broker Gosha has a truly unique story to tell. She is someone who has experienced the American dream through hard work, dedication, passion and a single-minded purpose to achieve her goals. Born in Bialagard, Poland, Gosha moved to the United States in 2003 and began working with Landmark as an on-site property manager in 2004. She learned every position within our company on her way to becoming Landmark’s President in 2006, and our company’s rapid growth and success over that period of time is due in large part to her. Gosha is well educated in business and economics and stays current in Real Estate through continuing education courses. She is also a Certified Property Manager (CPM) candidate through the Institute of Real Estate Management, the highest property management credential that can be obtained in our industry. Gosha loves the daily challenges of her position as President, and working with the Landmark team of extremely qualified professionals that share her passion for property management. She has been happily married to her husband of 5 years, Eric, and together they have a son, one year-old Brock. When Gosha has spare time she loves spending it with her family, abstract painting, reading, gardening and walking their two dogs. Teresa Bosteter – Director of Association Operations Teresa plays a vital role within our company in providing full service management for our numerous Condominium and Homeowner Associations. She regularly attends Association Board meetings, performs on-site inspections, provides monthly financial reports and is responsible for timely payment of all Association bills, dues and special assessment collection, budget preparation and reserve planning, maintaining up-to-date owner rosters, coordinating repair bid specifications and proposals, general correspondence to homeowners as well as updating and publishing new resident welcome letters. Teresa is originally from Southern California and began managing Associations in 1996. She relocated to the Bellingham area in 2003 and has managed Associations throughout the area since that time. With her infectious, out-going personality, Teresa enjoys working with Associations and sharing with then how to effectively communicate with their members to achieve an overall sense of community within their developments. Her commitment to excellence in service is very evident and we are fortunate to have Teresa on our Landmark team. She graduated from California State University, Northridge with a Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology, has been a licensed Real Estate agent since 1997 and is a current member of the Community Association Institute, (C.A.I.). Teresa is happily re-married to husband Ed, and they have two beautiful daughters. She is a member of Cornwall Church in Bellingham and is active in the Salt-on-the-Street ministry which provides aid to the homeless in Whatcom County. Lesley Newman – Senior Property Manager Lesley brings to Landmark over 15 years of experience as the previous owner of an extremely successful residential property management and maintenance company. Her job with our company is to oversee all aspects of residential and commercial property management. She is a licensed Real Estate agent and brings a wealth of knowledge in managing investment properties, as well as working closely with owners, tenants and maintenance staff. Lesley grew up in Whatcom County and has been a Bellingham resident for over forty years. She is the mother of two sons, Brian and Matt, and has a wide range of hobbies, including landscape gardening, interior design, traveling and wine tasting. We are glad to have someone with her unique set of skills and abilities working with us. Kimberly Servoss – Property Manager Kimberly has been a property manager for more than three years and joined our Landmark management team in September of 2008, focusing her attention and expertise on managing every facet of our single family homes unit. She maintains her Real Estate license and is very pro-active, working extremely well with property owners, tenants and maintenance staff to keep the homes and yards in excellent condition and her tenants happy. Kimberly graduated from both Washington State University and Western Washington University, receiving her degree in Business Administration. She was born and raised in Bellingham and when time allows, she competes on the Quarter Horse Circuit throughout the USA and Canada on her horse named ‘Bob’. |
