Gosha Bikker – President of Landmark Real Estate Management and Designated Broker

Gosha has a truly unique story to tell. She is someone who has experienced the American dream through hard work, dedication, passion and a single-minded purpose to achieve her goals. Born in Bialagard, Poland, Gosha moved to the United States in 2003 and began working with Landmark as an on-site property manager in 2004. She learned every position within our company on her way to becoming Landmark’s President in 2006, and our company’s rapid growth and success over that period of time is due in large part to her. Gosha is well educated in business and economics and stays current in Real Estate through continuing education courses. She is also a Certified Property Manager (CPM) candidate through the Institute of Real Estate Management, the highest property management credential that can be obtained in our industry. Gosha loves the daily challenges of her position as President, and working with the Landmark team of extremely qualified professionals that share her passion for property management. She has been happily married to her husband of 5 years, Eric, and together they have a son, one year-old Brock. When Gosha has spare time she loves spending it with her family, abstract painting, reading, gardening and walking their two dogs.

 

Kimberly Servoss – Commercial Property Manager

Kimberly has been a property manager since 2006 and joined the Landmark management team in September of 2008, focusing her attention and expertise on managing every facet of our single family homes units. In November 2009, she was promoted to manage Landmark’s Commercial properties throughout Washington State in locations  from Ferndale to Spokane. She maintains her Real Estate license and is very pro-active, working extremely well with property owners, tenants and maintenance staff to keep the properties in excellent condition and her tenants happy. Kimberly graduated from both Washington State University and Western Washington University, receiving her Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. She was born and raised in Bellingham and when time allows, she competes on the American Quarter Horse Association Circuit throughout the USA and Canada on her horse named A Little Two Deluxe also known as Bob.

 

Kelsey Dosen – Junior Property Manager

Kelsey has been working with Landmark since December 2008 in a variety of positions including front desk, database entry, helping prepare the company for the transition to the new software, Spectra, and accounts receivable. She was promoted to Junior Property Manager in December of 2009. She now primarily manages single family homes, and a few apartment complexes in Bellingham, Ferndale, and Sudden Valley. Kelsey was born in Montana, spent 8 years living in Australia, and graduated from Western Washington University with a degree in Journalism and Public Relations. She loves reading and most outdoor activities including; hiking, biking, camping and skiing.  

 

Ashley Hankins- Junior Property Manager 

Ashley was born in Richmond, Virgina but moved to the West Coast at the age of four. She grew up in Bejing, China living there from ages 10 to 18. She is fluent in Chinese and received her Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Western Washington University in 2007. She has been living in Bellingham for six years and received her Real Estate License in November of 2009. She loves to travel, read, and go to school.
