Gosha Bikker  is both a Property and General Manager. Almost 4 years ago Gosha moved to the United States from Poland and brought with her a degree in business and economics. She has been working for Landmark for 3 years. Gosha takes care of most of our rental properties around WWU and our commercial properties that are managed by Landmark.

Tyrel Jackson was born in Eastern Washington, and has lived in Bellingham for 15 years. Tyrel came to us with previous property management & sales experience. We are happy he has chosen to return back to Landmark after owning and operating his own property management firm.

Bret VanLant was born in Lynden Washington, and has lived in the area until present. Bret came to us with previous property management & sales experience. Bret oversees large apartment projects as far south as Tacoma, WA.

Tara Korthuis takes care of all our billing and other bookkeeping issues. She has countless experience in general bookkeeping and specializes in Property Management. Tara was born and raised in Bellingham.

Shawnell Dominitz was born in Roseburg, Oregon and has lived in Bellingham, WA for several years. Shawnell came to us from another property management firm. Shawnell oversees many projects around the WWU area.

Linda Bartholow is the first person to talk to if you are calling or visiting Landmark.  She can provide you with any information you may need about the area and is always current on what is happening in and around Bellingham for Entertainment, Recreation and Dining.  Linda came to use from Southern California.  She has previous property management experience, and many years in the customer service field.

Claudine Dugi administers our A/P, property inspections, and supervises maintenance staff.  Claudine has exceptional organizational skills, and a remarkable reputation.  Claudine has previous management experience with federally funded housing programs.

Bridget Walker assists in all aspects of daily management.  Bridget has the background and experience due to her previously owning investment properties herself.  We are excited to add Bridget to our experienced and friendly staff.
